My name is Jesse Chambers. I am writing this letter on behalf of my long-time friend Patrick McEldowney. Patrick and I have known one another for over 23 years. So thankful my tax accountant recommended Mark. His honesty and straight forwardness was something I hadn't experienced before with other realtors. It was clear his main priority was on my satisfaction and understanding of the transaction, instead of his commission. He tells it like it is even though you may not always want to hear it. I really appreciated that. I couldn't believe how much he knew about investment properties. I bought some apartments and he was very diligent in telling me the pros and cons of owning them, as I have never owned apartments before. He has gone over and beyond for me during this entire transaction, staying involved in all fazes, including initial problems I had with my lenders. I plan to buy again I won't consider anyone else and that's the truth.

Renee Garner did a great job for us. Friendly, responsive, had good suggestions. Will recommend her to anyone I know and would use her in the future for any real estate transactions.
